FedEx Express

FedEx Express is kind of a big deal, but even big brands have obstacles they need to hurdle. In FedEx Express’ case, they wanted our Brand PR London team to change the perception that they weren’t there for small businesses, only the big ones.

 Fortunately, we’re pretty good at changing the perception of brands for the better. Through a series of different integrated campaigns, we underlined FedEx Express’ credentials as the perfect partner for small businesses and a supporter of the SME community.

Tim Hortons

Set up by professional hockey player and coffee enthusiast (we assume) Tim Horton in 1963, Tim Hortons quickly became a Canadian icon after the first restaurant opened its doors. Flash forward to the present day and Tim Hortons has become a coffee juggernaut, serving over 2 billion cups of coffee each year, and – in 2017 – announcing that it would open restaurants in the UK for the first time ever.

Needless to say, we were excited. And so were a lot of Canadian expats. We used their love of the brand to help us understand Tim Hortons better, and build an integrated campaign that gave this beloved brand the UK launch it deserved.
