Following a number of successful outer-London and regional projects, CNM Estates appointed us to boost its brand awareness amongst stakeholders, whilst also handling the communications for new development launches and current projects in need of increased awareness.
To begin the campaign a number of profile features and one-to-one interviews were set up to introduce CNM Estates to the market, whilst commercial updates and trade commentary was used to further position the company as leaders in its field and areas of operation.
Development launches have also been a key campaign focus, including two new major projects in Sutton (Sutton Point) and Reading (Verto). To date we have positioned CNM Estates as a leading regional developer, delivering exceptional mixed-use schemes to market.
