Pentland Homes, one of Kent’s leading independent developers, has appointed Spider to oversee their brand and development PR.

With roots stretching back to the 1960s, Pentland Homes is passionate about delivering contemporary, high quality homes in one of England’s historic and picturesque counties. The firm has sites in New Romney, Ashford, Canterbury, Folkestone and Stelling Minnis, with properties across a broad range of types and styles including retirement, help to buy, commercial and self-build.

Spider has initially been tasked with profiling a number of Pentland Homes’ purchasers, handling the full case study process, from press release copy and commissioning photography to arranging exclusives with local and national press. The property team is also working to promote upcoming development open days and launches.
