SOCIAL POLICY FOR SPIDER LTD

  1. FACEBOOK / INSTAGRAM / TWITTER
    As an agency acting on behalf of a client SPIDER Ltd do not recommend keeping direct messages on Facebook or Twitter for extended periods of time. Direct messages can often include irregular customer data and could cause both the client and SPIDER Ltd additional and unnecessary work when complying with regulations set out in GDPR. Our recommended approach to the collection of customer data is as follows:
  2. Hosting Competitions (Via comments / tagging / sharing post / sharing photos / sharing stories)
    Winners will be announced and prompted to direct message in order to either:
  3. to fill out a client specific Shortstack form. Short stack has a database of submissions and has opt in T&C’s that are GDPR compliant.w
  4. to fill out a form stored on the clients website
  5. to email a client directly via a specified email address
  6. Sending Product to Influencers
    Influencers will be sent a direct message and asked if they would like to receive product. From there they will either:

  9. email a Spider directly via a specified email address with their contact details and consent to receive product on the agreed basis and frequency
