Spider was approached by the prestigious Billingsgate Seafood School to help them increase attendance at their classes and to devise new and original themes to attract more customers.
In the run up to Christmas and the New Year Spider created a special class to teach how to deliver a successful ‘Christmas Champagne Brunch’ and a ‘Valentine’s Couples Evening’.
Journalists were also invited to take part and this included a tutored tour of the market with the opportunity to buy fish to take home.
