The third phase of the landmark Southbank Place development – Belvedere Gardens – was set to launch, when Spider was briefed to introduce the collection of new apartments to the media, whilst maintaining a presence for the wider development.
The Agency organised a spectacular early morning trip along the River Thames to give the media a ‘from the river’ perspective of the luxury apartments, followed by a gourmet breakfast. Most of the major real estate media attended including: The Telegraph, Times, Conde Nast magazines, The Resident and Epoch Times
