London PR Agency Spider is delighted to announce that our property client, Southbank Place, has been honoured with a Gold award at this year’s What House Awards. The award was given in the ‘Best Apartment Scheme’ category and is a considerable achievement in a very competitive market.
The shortlisting process involved us putting together detailed entries and setting the scene on why Southbank Place is the development to buy at. The development was then visited by judges, providing the opportunity for them to see the apartments and on-site amenities for themselves, and ask questions to the leadership team at Southbank Place.
The judging panel is comprised of senior experts with vast experience in the housebuilding industry. Winners in the silver and bronze categories included London Dock by St George and Birchcroft in Ascot by Brockenhurst Homes.
The acknowledgement of Southbank Place’s excellence in these areas cements its reputation as an exceptional place to live. Winning the award also benefits our client as it provides third-party endorsement of the development to assist in future sales.
The What House Awards are widely recognised as among the most significant in the housebuilding industry, celebrating the very best of the UK’s new homes. The award was by comedian Dara Ó Briain and renowned astronaut Tim Peake at a gala luncheon at the JW Marriott Grosvenor House on Park Lane in London.
