Vertus, part of Canary Wharf Group, has entrusted Spider to oversee its brand introduction and new development launches, which comprises the first PRS buildings to complete in Canary Wharf.

Vertus is lifestyle-led living and will bring all 30 years of Canary wharf Group’s experience to the private rented sector. Residents will have access to the Vertus team and their breadth of knowledge, experience and expertise to enjoy some of the finest private rental apartments available in London.
A momentous occasion, Vertus will add a new breadth of experience to the Group, which already manages over 17 million square feet of office, retail and leisure space across the 128 acre Canary Wharf Estate. A series of revolutionary residential projects, as well as a brand new district, will now ensure that Canary Wharf becomes one of London’s prime residential locations.

Spider has initially been tasked with bringing the Vertus brand to market via high-profile media campaigns, as well as undertaking the press launches for a number of soon-to-be-completed PRS developments on the Estate.
