Leading London developer Canary Wharf Group instructed us to promote their new residential neighbourhood, Wood Wharf. Amongst this sits the important task of promoting it landmark development, One Park Drive, as well as the first private residential sales building to open on the Canary Wharf Estate, 10 Park Drive.

Wood Wharf is a new community with the buzz of city life, filled with up to 3,600 new homes, 380,000 sq.ft. of retail space, eight acres of public spaces, plazas and parks.

Through a series of carefully crafted press releases, one-to-one press tours and wider events, we have been able to secure over 150 pieces of coverage in international, national, local and online titles, since joining the Canary Wharf team in Summer 2018.

Prior to the launch of the third phase of the landmark Southbank Place development – Belvedere Gardens – in 2016, we were tasked with introducing the collection of new apartments to the media, whilst maintaining a presence for the wider development. Still working on this iconic project, we’re continuing to create a buzz that will help cement Southbank Place as one of the most recognisable developments in London.

In terms of offering, Southbank Place occupies a 5 acre site surrounding the Shell Tower, with a range of apartments from one to three bedrooms. Situated in a prime position on South West India Dock (overlooking Canary Wharf) the iconic 239 metre (784 ft.) high 75 storey, Squire & Partners-designed, building provides the highest private residential gardens and gymnasium, as well as the best views of London.

St. George is a leading mixed-use property developer whose residential schemes lie at the heart of some of London’s most prominent regeneration projects. When we were briefed on launching Emery Wharf, part of their sizeable London Dock development in Wapping, to the media in Asia, we took the opportunity with both hands.

Drawing on experience with our PRGN partners, we were able to build the St. George brand within the international media, helping to generate enquiries and ultimately drive sales from overseas purchasers.

Following on from a successful campaign across key cities in China, as well as Hong Kong and Singapore, we have since gone on to launch Cashmere Wharf, one of the premium phases at London Dock, with similar launch programmes across Asia.

Our outreach for both projects gained significant traction throughout different sectors of the media, from property-specific, to finance and lifestyle, who were particularly interested in attending the dedicated roadshows held by the sales team. We also carried out proactive press outreach with several UK-based foreign language publications, helping to build brand awareness with international purchasers based here in London.

Located on the prestigious Galle Face in Sri Lanka’s capital city Colombo, the Philippe Starck by YOO-designed tower has fast become become a globally recognised landmark for the city.

Through a series of dedicated press releases, including introductory launch, design and investment focuses, we carried out global media outreach across consumer, design, trade, investment and online publications. Zlota 44 - Warsaw, Poland - Launching a national icon

Designed in the shape of an eagle’s wing, Poland’s national bird, Daniel Libeskind’s tower, the tallest residential structure in Europe at the time, changed the face of Warsaw’s skyline.

Tasked with handling the official launch Zlota 44 in the media, we worked closely with the co-developers (a long-established American fund and Warsaw’s largest developer) to put the project on the world map through a six tier launch programme, staggered across pre-defined markets including the UK, central Europe, Russia, Ukraine, USA, Middle East and Asia.

Ongoing communications included high-level interviews with architect Daniel Libeskind, interior designers Woods Bagot, as well as global football superstar Robert Lewandowski, captain of the Poland national team and a purchaser at the development.

Building Research Establishment (BRE)
The Science of Construction

BRE is an international, multi-disciplinary, building science organisation with a mission to improve buildings and infrastructure through research and knowledge generation, and their application. As part of our ongoing brief we regularly promote key building programmes, new product launches and showcase BRE’s expert knowledge within the built environment.

Key campaigns have included regular thought-leadership articles surrounding topics such as modern slavery within construction, construction skills gap, government housing targets and new disruptive technology, as well as press launch & release for new prototype modular homes and regular site press visits to showcase BRE’s expertise within the building research sector.

Building Research Establishment (BRE)
The Dementia House

Our client, BRE, had partnered with experts in dementia care to launch the Dementia House, a prototype home which aimed to demonstrate how a property could be refurbished to support a resident with dementia. BRE were keen to promote the home’s launch in 2018, and then the great work being done during Dementia Action Week in May 2019.

During the initial launch, we utilised our strong journalist contacts to invite press to attend the official opening and tour the newly-refurbished home. We continued promoting the home throughout the year, and then to honour Dementia Action Week, we created and promoted a book, ‘A Home To Remember’, aimed at helping explain dementia to small children in terms of how grandparents might want to adapt their home for greater comfort and wellbeing.

This resulted in broadcast and print coverage in a wide range of nationals. BRE saw a great deal of interest in members of the public looking to visit the home ahead of their own refurbishment works. ‘A Home To Remember’ was also added the list of resources at Alzheimer’s Society for use by the charity.
