We are thrilled to have been appointed by two leading London property firms, luxury developer One Point Six and their sister agency, The Collection.

Sp!der was appointed by One Point Six in November 2017 and was more recently asked to take over the PR for The Collection; following a number of successful campaigns in which coverage was achieved in titles including Times LUXX, The Sunday Times, Telegraph Luxury and Mansion Global.

One Point Six, who have recently sold two of their developments for record-breaking values, are now looking forward to promoting new projects in some of London’s most prestigious addresses: Cadogan Gardens and Eaton Square.

The Collection, who have been voted one of the top buying agencies in London by Spear’s Magazine, offer a wide range of services from acquisitions to property development, managed sales and rental search. Sp!der have been briefed to promote the company’s bespoke services, as well as raise their profile and present insightful market commentary to the media.
