The next generation of salmon smokers, Vincenzo, Alessandro and Iacopo, are on a mission to transform the way we eat smoked salmon. Crafted in the heart of the Cotswold’s and smoked following traditional Norwegian smokehouse designs, before being sliced using their signature sashimi slice.
The Spider food and drink team will be helping Smokin’ Brothers to increase their consumer profile and raise awareness for the brand on the back of Vincenzo’s appearance on Future Food Stars.
