Sp!ider Appointed to Handle International PR Campaign for Ireland’s Premier Residential Development: Lansdowne Place

Sp!der PR has been appointed to handle the UK and international launch of Lansdowne Place. Located in the heart of Ballsbridge, Dublin 4 – one of the Irish capital’s most prominent districts – the development provides 215 apartments that will set a new standard of living in the city.

The brief is to target the Irish diaspora in the UK and across the world through high-quality media coverage in target media that will help generate serious sales leads. To kick off the campaign Sp!der is arranging an exclusive press trip for the official launch, taking a selection of journalists over to Dublin to tour the marketing suite, meet the project team and gain an in-depth understanding of the local and wider Irish residential market.

Lansdowne Place is situated on the corner of Lansdowne Road and Shelbourne Road, the site of the former Trinity College Botanic Gardens, which were located there for over one hundred and fifty years.  Positioned behind the original Richard Turner railings iconic to Lansdowne Road, the development, designed by Irish architects O’Mahony Pike, will overlook beautifully landscaped gardens. These have been designed by Bernard Seymour, Landscape Architects and will retain many original specimen trees recalling the botanic history of the site.

Perfect for press visits, the impressive Lansdowne Place Marketing Suite was built to showcase the luxury apartments and extends to an area of approximately 6,500 sq. ft. over three levels and up to 14 metres in height. There is an entrance lobby and marketing reception area at ground level, a 2-bedroom show apartment at first floor level measuring 1,355 sq. ft. (1,529 sq.ft. including sunroom) and a 3 bedroom show apartment at second floor level extending to 1,805 sq. ft.  (2,065 sq.ft. including terraces). The building also comprises associated terraces, balconies, and a viewing deck at roof level.
