Spider Appoint New Associate Director of Digital

Spider, the PR and Digital agency, has announced the appointment of Amy Dutton as Associate Director of Digital.

Amy joins Spider to head up 10-strong in-house team comprising content production, design, copywriting, community influencer management, SEO and media buying. She will be responsible for overseeing and developing the team, with a brief to take the rapidly growing integrated agency’s digital output to new heights.

Prior to Spider, Amy was Global Social and Content Manager for three and half years at hostelworld.com, the leading international hostel-focussed online booking platform, where she headed up a team of 20. Prior to that she held senior digital positions at Camelot UK Lotteries (working across The National Lottery, EuroMillions, Lotto and Instant brands) and Thames Water.

Amy says: “Spider has been doing some really interesting activations for a wide range of clients, so the opportunity to go agency-side and help them innovate and grow further was one I couldn’t miss! My experience and passions are in building teams and helping brands utilise content, community and digital innovations to connect with their audience and meet their marketing objectives. I am excited about what we can achieve.”
