Spider has been appointed to handle all PR for 3 Henrietta Street, London WC2. The townhouse which overlooks Covent Garden's piazza encompasses a number of dining concepts including Hawaiian street food restaurant El Takoy, Lily's Cafe and esteemed Chef Mark Greenaway's Pivot Bar & Bistro.
Spider will be handling the new look Pivot Bar & Bistro - now spanning across two floors of this historic English townhouse. Pivot has launched a new a new all-day menu to chime with the expansion.
Originally just serving food in the restaurant upstairs, Pivot has taken over what was formerly Gentleman Baristas on the ground floor in order to accommodate more guests.
As part of the new all day menu, Pivot will now serve up a hearty English breakfast and subsequent all-day menu that celebrates nostalgic classics across both the ground floor and relaxed, dining room-style bistro upstairs.
With a focus on quintessential British cuisine and seasonal produce, Pivot’s modern British food is complemented with an impressive wine list, a lot of which is available by the glass.
Mark Greenaway comments: “We will be using fresh, sustainable and locally sourced ingredients to create simple, honest and, above all, incredible dishes in a traditional setting, a model upon which all bistros should be based”. With its rustic but homely and charming feel, Pivot offers a quintessentially British experience.
