Spider expands it’s restaurant PR portfolio with Japanese restaurant Roketsu

We’re thrilled to expand our Restaurant PR portfolio with Authentic Japanese Kaiseki restaurant Roketsu. The restaurant has recently launched its debut site in London with celebrated Chef Daisuke Hayashi at the helm.

Hayashi is a global master of the Kaiseki tradition and is the first to bring this spectacular and lesser-known form of Japanese dining to London. Offering one of the most exclusive dining experiences in the capital, the restaurant is made up of just 10 seats at the counter with a maximum of 16 diners per night.

Kenichi Kakuta, restaurant manager of Roketsu said: “We want to take diners on a culinary journey, through unique and innovative dishes which draw from this traditional form of Japanese dining. Daisuke Hayashi trained at the triple Michelin starred Kaiseki restaurant Kikunoi in Kyoto as a protégé of the owner and chef Yoshihiro Murata. He provides authentic menus which change monthly, intimately following the seasons, while our sommelier Ryosuke Mashio has compiled a wide selection of sakes and over 350 different wines.”
