Spider wins One Park Drive Brief

We are delighted to have been chosen by one of London’s largest developers, Canary Wharf Group, to handle the PR for their signature residential development, One Park Drive. Sp!der were asked to pitch for the scheme following a successful ongoing PR campaign on Canary Wharf Group’s first residential development, Southbank Place.

Designed by Herzog & de Meuron, One Park Drive will form the centrepiece of Canary Wharf’s new district, Wood Wharf. Positioned at the head this new neighbourhood, One Park Drive proudly represents a unique architectural achievement thoughtfully designed to be the very best in city and waterside living.

In total, Wood Wharf will create up to 3,600 new homes, 380,000 sq. ft. of retail space, 2.8 million sq. ft. of office space and eight acres of public spaces, squares and parks.

The Property PR team, led by Adam Foster, will be delivering a media campaign to build awareness of One Park Drive, as well as promote the lifestyle elements that are transforming Canary Wharf from a business district to a thriving residential neighbourhood and lifestyle destination.
