Melissa Hemsley, created waste free recipes for spring, whilst DJ BBQ cooked up some smokey mushrooms in the summer and finally, Dr Rupy produced vitamin D rich recipes perfect for the cold winter
The campaign aimed to educate consumers on why they should be eating more British and Irish mushrooms - from taste to health
Garnered interest from the nation to cook more mushrooms by engaging with them on social media, and creating easy recipes they could follow at home

Mushrooms hit the airways in time for Christmas with 18 stand alone interviews with Matt on key TV, broadcast, national and consumer titles.
