Brief
Spider were tasked with revamping Skinner’s paid search, display and shopping activity in order to improve performance and increase customer acquisition.
Approach
We created fresh ad copy across their suite of products as well as making tweaks to the targeting, remaining malleable and making changes month on month. The key was managing all aspects of the search activity very closely, making optimisations wherever possible within copy, targeting and format.
Results
After six months, we have delivered, 5,281 conversions (up 60% on previous six months), £6.34 Cost-per Acquisition, for every £1 spent, we’ve generated £4.68 in revenue.
