Spider has been fully immersed in the wonders of Mediterranean living this summer, following appointment from award-winning Cypriot developer, Leptos Estates. The Property team is now working with the island’s largest developer to promote Cyprus as a global hub for investment and to launch their latest residential development, Blu Marine, to key international audiences.

To date, Leptos Estates has successfully completed over 325 developments and has an extensive land bank in Cyprus and Greece for the development of prestigious residential and holiday residences, luxury hotels and resorts.

Leptos Estates joins Spider’s roster of international real estate clients, giving the team exposure to a wealth of locations across Europe including; Greece, the Alps and the French Riviera.

The Property team, led by Adam Foster, will be driving impactful PR campaigns around the benefits of living and holidaying on the island, the strength of the country’s residency schemes and strength of the residential market. The team will also be organising a press trip to Cyprus with key media, showcasing first-hand the quality of Leptos’ developments.
